High End Residential Construction
Destech specialise in the construction of boutique high-end architecturally designed homes and apartments. Destech have a commitment to sound construction, attention to detail and quality finish. Destech are able to turn the visions of Sydney’s most gifted architects to reality, through a hands-on approach by its director.
Office/Retail/Commercial Interiors
Destech offer a full range of office, retail and commercial fit out and refurbishment solutions, to small and large clients across New South Wales. Destech offer both design and construction services. Most fit outs are customised to suit specific customer requirements, with an emphasis on creating a flexible and usable working environment.
Residential Housing
Destech has been active as an accredited contract builder for the NSW Department of Housing for over 30 years and have completed over 27 Residential projects. Destech has received special recognition from the Director of Housing NSW State Government and boasts a multi-award winning resume.
Insurance/Strata/Remediation
Destech provide various different building remediation and strata maintenance services. Some of these services include: Waterproofing repairs, Concrete Strengthening, Protective Coatings, Joint & Crack Repair, Structural Repairs, Epoxy Injections, Podium Deck Refurbishments, Painting, Plumbing and roofing repairs.
